For site that doesn't fit to common site type (that can be developed using existing Open Source or Commercial CMS like Wordpress, Joomla, ...) the best way is to write your own engine. In this case important thing is to write high performance engine. If you are using existing CMS you should setup it for the best performance (how to do this is usually placed at CMS online documantation).<br /><br /><b>Website content downloading time</b> depends on hosting speed (you should choose high speed hosting for best site loading time - usually 100Mbps is enough) and page content size. And all this bad data will go to website admin Inbox.<br /><br />Using public (free) captcha to prevent spam by my opinion is not good: it is pretty hard to setup captcha and many types of public captches are hacked (spam bots can avoid them).<br /><br />There are a few simple methods to prevent submitting contact form automaticly (using bots):<br /><ul><li>hidden (style="display: none;") or displayed outside of screen (can be done via css position) div with input field inside.
