Just found nice service in Google Labs. The service is called Google Follow Finder. Service is pretty simple. Look at Google Follow Finder index page screenshot below:
This service is designed for people with Twitter accounts. It helps to find people on Twitter you want to follow. Only your Twitter username is needed! After entering Twitter username & clicking submit the service output Twitter accounts list that you want to follow:
